  很多人去健身中心都喜欢跑步机,甚至家里都有跑步机。有些人在跑步机上锻炼的喜欢将胸部直接贴到机器上,用力抓住扶手或用肘部顶住器械,这种方法是非常错误的,它会对关节、脊椎等多个部位造成损害,所以使用跑步机的时候,最好用手扶把柄,挺胸抬头,两眼平视前方,有节奏地锻炼而不要太快。

  有些人的身体局部显得比较肥厚过大,所以总想通过运动来减少某个局部部位的脂肪,比如很多人都刻意去消减大腿、腹部、胳膊的赘肉,为了达到目的不惜时间和金钱到健身房挥汗如雨地锻炼,但收效甚微。

  因为以局部减重为目的的运动并不适宜在健身房进行,健身房的器材可以帮助锻炼肌肉,事实上对于局面减肥很可能起的是反作用,因为那些器材和运动会将局部的肥囊囊的赘肉转变成肌肉块,更加结实和突出。所以局部减重最好不要盲目使用健身房的器材,尤其是那些不想身上这儿一块肌肉那儿一块肌肉的女孩子。
